1/16/2006 Hoop Specialists 6th Grade Masco 21 Stoneham 20 Due to the tough defense scoring was low.  But the game was exciting, there were 6 lead changes two coming within the last 12 seconds of the game.  Clutch shots were made by both sides in the closing minute to bring the game to a thrilling end.  The crowd was exhilerated by this dynamic battle.  With 12 seconds left and Stoneham down by one, Seamus Landers made two free throws in a one and one situation to give Stoneham a one point lead.  Masco came right back and won the game when one of their players hit a 19 foot bomb leaving 2 seconds left on the clock.  A great game indeed.

Double T called on both coaches by out of control referee in the second half. Jim Gayton was trying to get an injured player off & the ref wouldn't allow it and started screaming @ Jim. I told him the ref to try and calm down as parents were starting to get upset & he gave us both a T. Very Strange Indeed.
