7th Grade Girls State Championship Team
bios:
St. Francis - (CYO
Wakefield (Middlesex)
We are a seventh grade team consisting of 12 players. We play in the Middlesex
League, this year we have played some teams outside our league such as
Somerville, Brookline, Arlington, and Connecticut. Most of the girls have been
on the team together since the 5th grade. We played about a total of 30 games
this year, including 2 tournaments
Tyngsboro (RVL)
Southboro (SCMYBL) - The
Southboro Girls 7th grade team has been together for the past 3 seasons. We play
in the ( SCMYBL ), South Central Mass Youth Basketball League. The league is
made up of towns in Worcester County that are south of the Mass Turnpike. The
girls have won the league title for the past three seasons. After 8th grade, the
girls move onto a regional high school with students from Northboro. The high
school is Algonquin Regional High School.
