Please fill out the form to sign up your Travel team online for the 2008-09 Eastern League Winter Season. This registers you in our database and allows us to organize the league. This is for 4th grade through 8th grade travel Boys teams only.

Please be sure the fields are correct. An * indicates a required field but please try to give us all the information. After you press submit, a confirmation letter will appear that you can print out. Filling this form out registers your team but your spot is not confirmed until the dues are paid of of $150 per team is received by the first game of the regular season.
